Open Air Preaching [video]

Oh really? He has more than street preaching videos on there, i just mentioned those. He does some serious preaching in the church.

I cry out to God for wisdom and discernment every day brother. :yes :wave

I have seen his preaching videos as well. 2 timothy 4:3.

Wow brother, you seem pretty critical there. Having a hard week or something? Not a lot of brotherly love coming through there. I'll pray for you. There needs to be unity within the Body of Christ. You're a Christian. There's one body, one faith, one Spirit. Does the foot fight the hand? We are to love our neighbor as ourself, the second greatest commandment. We try to keep such an air here on the board.

That's it? That's all you got? Brother, how in the world can you get on here and shame someones doctrine with a blanket statement, with no explanation? Are you trying to warn us brothers and sisters against a false teacher? Trying to help? Ok, that's admirable. So Todd White is a heretic and teaching falsely. About what?

How is your post helpful? Where's the edification to the body? Where's the unification? Where's the love? Where's something beyond a judgmental blanket statement? You seem to be saying that you have discovered Todd White's false teachings. Anonymous has the answers my brothers and sisters! Ok brother...what are they? You're coming across as if the brothers and sisters have no need to hear Todd's words for themself and simply take your words as the truth. No need to decide for ourselves, just look to anonymous. I find that incredibly funny brother. Will you now preach to us and enlighten us, or have you come only come to judge, and not to help?

I also would like to hear more than just jaw flapping about Todd White.
He is one of the gentlest, God-fearing men I have ever met.

Amen brother! That is the exact impression that I get from him also. I have watched a lot of his videos and have some of my growth accredited to them.

Same thing with you brother. Word salad was a poor term to describe your post(s). Maybe some do not like salad? lol. I love it. you build me up brother. Thank you.

Warning brothers and sisters about bad teachings is good, but there's a right way and a wrong way to do it. If someone is wrong about something, just a wee bit of forethought in ones wording can go a long way in helping correct thinking. Done in brotherly love with careful wording encourages unity in the body, whereas poor wording can invalidate ones position through mere attitude for the lack of brotherly love will be apparent. We all need to show a little bit of class when we post.

Here is Todd at one of our churches.......... You can really see the heresy and grandstanding theatrics in this video. This is what the man is all about, all the time.

He comes across as a very humble individual. I haven't seen this one before, but hey, it's Sunday so I'm letting it play. :)

Oh, this is such a good message! Very relevant to the thread. Everyone should watch this!

the last minute of this video should be enough to convince anyone.

Oh, thank you brother! That's a good message. I've watched this one before and it's a good one. Talking about the love of God working through you is heresy? Wow. I love you brother and will pray for this hardness in your heart to be overcome with the Love of Christ.

Wicca Witches using the holy Spirit of God to heal another Witch? /facepalm

Wicca Witches using the holy Spirit of God to heal another Witch? /facepalm

You don't believe that God would heal a witch? Why not? It would show His power and perhaps convert them and increase His harvest and therefore Glory forever. The witches wouldn't even have to believe in God to be healed. In Mark, Jesus said that these signs shall follow those who believe, that would be Todd on the scene.

Mark 16:17-18
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover./(KJV)

So I'm not understanding what it is here that is so hard for you to believe.

Oh, ok, I listened to the ending again, and you're questioning about how Todd had the two other witches lay hands on the leader witch too. You know what though...

:lol So what? As if the two young girl witches wouldn't do that? They're young girls brother. You're ascribing too much power to them and to witchcraft. Young girls have the tendency to uh, be agreeable and go with what their told. Todd's older and not a bad looking fellow so they said ok. Maybe... they even had the thought that it wouldn't work and the girl be healed and they'd have something else to laugh at him about? (like, haha we did what you said and your God didn't heal her...) and if that's not enough for you, then consider that, God was doing something here, His work. God loves those young girls and wants them. The Holy Spirit is a big boy and could easily touch their heart to make them go along to witness His power.

So I think that you're just being a little hard hearted here. That's the enemy trying to make you doubt. Todd's testimony pings of truth. If he was making this story up and lying, then he probably wouldn't say that the other witches layed hands on the girl also. It does sound a little odd that a witch would lay hands on another witch in a way. But...that's the thing, Todd's a believer and giving testimony, so he's not lying, and telling the story how it went down. That's what we do when giving testimony. :yes

Stranger things than that has happened when God is working brother...:salute

I think a little of the confusion here might be because Anon could be laboring under the misconception that Todd or these girls were doing the healing. Nothing could be farther from the truth.

God worked through a donkey... even had it talking to its owner. Just having two kids join in on saying some words didn't heal the other girl. Not at all. But, it DID make it very clear, through whose name all that was being done.

We allow ourselves to be used of God all the time for healing at our church. And there is not a one of us who would tell you that it is us or what we are saying that creates the healing situations. We only provide willing vessels that God uses to make what He does an obvious, public demonstration of no one's power but His.

Good point Willie T, Myself, I go with that, that is a given, that it is Gods power which does (everything) and merely flows through us. Sometimes I forget that others may be in a different place in their walk.

We can do nothing of ourselves. It is Gods power and will to do these things. This is how many times, we limit God and interfere with His plan(s) by not allowing Him to do His work. For what is given in grace, must be received in faith.

That's how David defeated Goliath. That's how Moses led them across the Red Sea, that's how Todd implemented the girls healing. They had faith in their God, that He would do something. :yes

(i don't know about t.dd)

but as about King David, a mere shepherd boy here, a man after Yhwh's Own Heart; remember how he convinced King Saul to let him go up against big-boy-huff-and-bluff (a warrior considered unbeatable by other experienced Israeli soldiers) ?
1 Samuel 17:34-40King James Version (KJV)
34 And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father's sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock:
35 And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him.
36 Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear: and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be as one of them, seeing he hath defied the armies of the living God.
37 David said moreover, The Lord that delivered me out of the paw of the lion, and out of the paw of the bear, he will deliver me out of the hand of this Philistine. And Saul said unto David, Go, and the Lord be with thee.

David took action, he acted, he moved, he moved decisively and directly, he took action physically himself.

........
not even Paul the Apostle nor Apollos nor the other Apostles of Yeshua claimed credit for causing 'growth'.
they said that they were unworthy servants of Yeshua Messiah,
and they sowed, and they watered,
but it was Yhwh who gave the growth (the men of Yhwh could not predict nor fortell who would grow and who would not, if there would be any growth or even if there would be anyone saved in a city they went to preach the Word of Yhwh in. many individuals and many cities rejected them, having rejected Yeshua already, and thus too rejecting Yhwh the Creator. this happens here, and there, and everywhere unpredictably for us - when a person rejects Yhwh and His Salvation, they reject Yeshua, they also reject us.

Therefore he who plants is nothing, neither is he who waters anything, but God who gives growth.... "

I'm not claiming credit. :)
Ok, I wrote too fast, it was the message from the Lord spoken through Todd White. :)
He has a good message and I like his delivery, but yes, you are correct, it is the Lord which causes growth.

It is, but the way these guys are going about things is not a good way to do it. It's one thing to be persecuted for the message, it's another to be persecuted because of the way one is trying to get the message across. If the method--like walking along a beach with a megaphone--is so aggravating to others, then anything that is said is lost, and it is a pointless exercise. And of course, it also depends on what is said. Too bad we don't have that in the video.

The back of his tee shirt clues us in on their witness. Are they preaching judgement? Or were they revealing His Grace and mercy? Grace always comes before judgement. And grace should always come first in our witness.

I can about imagine what these guys were saying. I probably would have had a few "choice" words for them also.
