Here's all I could at find on youtube. at the one minute mark, you have standing yoga pose. Now add a band to the hip and you have to stretch your hip. it addresses sciatic pain.

if you can get a different therapist it would be better for you - honestly something is wrong with that guyHe showed me an exercise where I had to balance on one leg and use a stretch band around my hip. It was ridiculously hard for someone like me who is old and overweight. I complained to him. he said " well it's high time you learnt how to balance."

i had a look. She is good and I have often thought of doing yoga. I watched the one on anxiety too. because our emotions are often connected to our physical problems.
