OSAS

I'd like to understand now.
What are we freed of/from?
34 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. 35 Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. 36 So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Could you PLEASE show me some verses that state it is impossible to abandon our salvation, love for God, etc.
Where does it state that we are saved forever NO MATTER WHAT.

I'm not sure you understand what OSAS really means.
It clearly means that once a person is saved,,,they will be saved forever...
NO MATTER WHAT.

Even if they live a life of sin...
Even if they decide to stop worshipping/obeying God...
I wonder if God takes our free will away when we are saved ? OSAS seems to indicate that to me :shrug .

Agreed.
We are freed from the control of our sin nature over our lives.

We are freed from the world system that is captained by the prince of this world.

And we are thus truly free, to live as God intended us to,,,as companions to our creator.

Great point.

If we have free will, we must have it even to decide we made a mistake when we counted the cost.
