Hello all, just sharing that a year ago March I asked for prayers here on the forum as I faced a TAVR (new way of doing a heart valve replacement)..doing well yet and also physical strength returned gradually. Last cardiologist visit in February he said come back in a year for a check up you are doing fine.

So praising God for an answer to all prayers for that and for my recovery. Now, however, like so many others I am over 80 and with the artificial heart valve and other things do have underlying conditions. So presently housebound and have support from family but not the same as dinners, etc. together. Miss friends, church, groups, (as don't we all) too although do connect via Facebook, emails, letters, texting..

I have decided to return to Christianforums.net as sunflower (Jo) and spend more of my time (now that I surely have it here at home) posting again. I remember your love and support and our fine interaction before I got sick. Praising God for that. So am back. Thank you for being here..may have forgotten the names of some of you regulars who were here before; but will learn again and renew.

so glad you're back, sunflower . seriously. I always enjoyed your posts at a number of levels, I was thinking about you the other day, and...here you are, with good news and now the time to fellowship here more frequently. :)
Thanks, CE, nice someone remembers me! Since I am (like so many) limited by age and underlying conditions as to my goings and comings (except for early morning walks before anyone is even up outside) I am intending to put this stay at home time to good use wherever the Lord does lead. May your day be blessed much today! sunflower (Jo)
