Just finished listening to all three....

Very thought provoking-- (and boy do I need my thoughts provoked!) The water thing (from the second installment) floored me:

Cost to supply clean, safe water and sanitation for entire planet -- $9 billion
Approximate Christmas gift spending on "black friday" in America -- $9 billion

....

I don't know what else to say.

(BTW, does anyone know of an updated online resource for these statistics?)

well it is all a general statistic that takes the average cost to obtain suitable drinking water, per person, and then multiplies it by world population. However, there are some places where it is easy as pie to get clean water (america, msot of europe, Canada) and other places where it is 20x's the cost to get sanitary water.

But the numbers will still be darn close.
