Feigning ignorance is unbecoming of a Christian.

Please just explain who Qanon is.

The only reason you mention this is because that's what you heard from the main stream media.

But that's all I have ever heard from you, so no suprise.

This is an American site .

Yet you argue that only medical professionals who give bad advise should be sued.
Where did I say that??? I said European doctors are rarely sued and a medical court decides this in any case. Where do you get the idea that you espouse above??
Not you who is not a doctor but a researcher .

Its not so frivolous.and yes in Europa they do that .oh the limits versus my country on the media because lax libel laws.meaning the news is much easier to sue then In america.

So they simply don't report like they should .

So not quite.
Trying to decider your text but I’ve lived here 30 years and I know one person who sued their dentist and the INSURANCE company decided in her favor, will get the money from the doctor and she will get corrected dental care paid.

Most non Floridians as I live in the range of the lightning capital of the world don't know that even on a clear sky . lightning will strike .
This is true. Many youth playing fields have lightning detectors that can pick up incipient lightning before it happens. And they do go off sometimes in clear weather. And they are taken seriously.

Sorry it is .

April 23, 2021 -- Long-haul COVID-19 patients face many health threats -- including a higher chance of dying -- up to 6 months after they catch the virus, according to a massive study published in the journal Nature.

A second study, released by the CDC on Friday, also found lingering symptoms months later among COVID-19 patients who originally had mild symptoms.

For the Nature study, researchers examined more than 87,000 COVID-19 patients and nearly 5 million control patients in a federal database. They found COVID-19 patients had a 59% higher risk of death up to 6 months after infection, compared to non-infected people.

Those findings translate into about eight extra deaths per 1,000 patients over 6 months, because many deaths caused by long-term COVID complications are not recorded as COVID-19 deaths, the researchers said. Among patients who were hospitalized and died after more than 30 days, there were 29 excess deaths per 1,000 patients over 6 months.

“As far as total pandemic death toll, these numbers suggest that the deaths we’re counting due to the immediate viral infection are only the tip of the iceberg,” Ziyad Al-Aly, MD, the senior author of the study and a director of the Clinical Epidemiology Center at the Veterans Affairs St. Louis Health Care System, said in a news release from Washington University in St. Louis.

Johns Hopkins University says more than 3 million people worldwide and about 570,000 people in the United States have died of coronavirus-related reasons.

Long-haul COVID patients also had a much higher chance of getting sick, and not just in the respiratory system, according to the study.

The potential consequences of not being vaccinated are not merely dying from the initial infection. Unvaccinated people are now dying in their sleep from undetermined causes, and suffering debilitating conditions are a rate much higher than vaccinated people.

The costs of the pandemic and the anti-vaxxer hysteria will only be apparent in the decades to come.

Anti-vaxxer arrested for attack at Nancy Pelosi's residence:

Alleged Paul Pelosi attacker posted multiple conspiracy theories

The man who allegedly attacked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband early Friday posted memes and conspiracy theories on Facebook about Covid vaccines, the 2020 election and the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, and an acquaintance told CNN that he seemed “out of touch with reality.”

Ya think?

CNN should know about being "out of touch with reality", CNN+ proved that .

According to the latest data shared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), only 11.5 million eligible people have received an updated booster.
Once the pandemic ended and COVID-19 became essentially endemic in the U.S. a lot of people just ceased to worry about it. The good news is that by last September, at least 75% of U.S. adults had at least one dose of vaccine. The bad news is that they are at a slightly higher risk of death, if they aren't fully vaccinated.

The new bivalent booster is not finding many takers .

The US's estimate for uptake of the new covid booster was off by more than 90%

"According to the latest data shared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), only 11.5 million eligible people have received an updated booster. That is less than 5% of the 240 million people who qualify, and only around 7% of doses made available by the government."
News gets around about what the government did not tell us. I guess this is not over.

Has the CDC said the pandemic has ended ? How did you determine it was ended ?

Is COVID-19 reaching the endemic stage? UMass Chan virologist Jeremy Luban weighs in

What is meant by endemic in the context of a virus?
Jeremy Luban
: The term endemic is being used to describe an eventual state in which we have reached a kind of détente with SARS-CoV-2. When this virus infected the first human beings in 2019 it was a brand-new infectious challenge that none of us had ever seen before. Whenever you introduce a new infectious agent into a population there is the potential for dramatic things to happen.

When Europeans first arrived in the Americas, for example, highly pathogenic viruses were brought with them that had never been seen by the population here in the Americas. As a result, millions of people lost their lives. Similarly, SARS-CoV-2 has killed millions of people because we had never been exposed to this pathogenic virus before.

Now that the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has been raging for two-and-a-half years, most of us in Massachusetts have either been vaccinated against, and/or infected by this deadly virus. If we get to the point where the virus continues to spread and infect us, but it rarely causes severe disease because most of us have some immunity against it, we would say that SARS-CoV-2 has become endemic.

I see where the director of the World Health Organization says that the end of the pandemic is in sight. So there's some disagreement. When 75% of adults here have some protection against the virus, that's pretty clear that the U.S. won't see another huge outbreak of hospitalization and death unless the virus mutates into something very different.

I thought Biden announced that although non-citizens cannot travel to the US without those injections.
Actually, there are a number of vaccinations against diseases that are required for entry to the United States, none of which currently are epidemic here.
