Its hard to talk to anyone even on here about my problems, although we're all sinners, I still become so ashamed.

For months I have had a problem of seeing unpure things on the internet and it seems like no matter what I do I find myself doing it again...

I pray, I ask for forgivness, I tell myself and God that I will try to change and the next thing I know i do it again

I really want to change this time and leave this problem in the dust, so im asking anyone out there reading this to just pray that I could have pure thoughts and stay entirely away from such unpure things and not be pulled into such actions any longer.

burnquist381, get an accountablity partner, preferably in church, but definelty a Christian. Also definetly get safeeyes.com or some other internet blocker, otherwise you WILL definelty go back to looking again, also VERY helpful is to get rid of all your tv's and all access. This will help alot. Also you can go through a free program that has helped many people at http://www.settingcaptivesfree.com/home/, http://www.newlife.com/ has workshops and alot of other help, but the most important thing is to get as much support as possible. I will pray for you also.

:D :D :D Wow thanks a lot guys, I feel so much better now and I think I might really be able to stop this time. I also got an account on the setting captives free site and tomorrow will be day 3 for me in my course! 8-)

please continue to pray that I would be able to keep up with what i've commited myself to do in order to stop doing those things.

MANY sufer from this. and MANY suffer from SINS period they try quitting voer and over again. It's a matter of MIND OVER MATTER. you have to FORCE yourself not to. And trust God to remove it form your life.
