My grandmother has a pace maker and I often worry about her since she lives in Southern California and I am 1000 miles away from her. I pray that she will still live a long healthy life and the problems she's been having lately will go away.

Please also pray for my friends father in law. He got out of surgery the other day and I just pray that the reason he was there does not return. I pray for a fast recovery so that he can continue to enjoy the company of his family and his new grandson.

Thank you so much for welcoming me so wonderfully to this forum. I feel at home already. :-)

And we feel at home having you here with us! I am happy that Jesus Christ has saved your soul, let yourself always know that as brothers and sisters in the body of Christ, we love and suffer together in all things, and nothing can seperate us from the love of God through Jesus Christ our Lord! I Pray that you may grow in the Spirit and have joy in Him always.

Praise the Lord for advances in pacemakers. Your grandmother shouldn't have any problems with it. Many years ago, my aunt had one installed and lived many happy years afterwards. That was in the 70's.

I pray in the name of Jesus that your friend's father in law has a speedy recovery and that there are no repercussions, side effects of anything else that may warrant another visit to the hospital. :praying

I just found out yesterday that Kirk (my friend's father in law) had a seizure 2 days ago. I don't know if it was due to the surgery (they were in his head) and I'm praying that God will put him on the path of recovery and health as quickly as possible. I also want to put a prayer out for Kirk's wife that God will give her the strength she needs to be by her husband's side. This is such a tough time for her and I pray that she will stay strong and level headed throughout all of this. :praying
