I have a hearing dispuiting a work comp claim.

I was injured on the job but my employer and insurance company want to be unethical and not fix me.

Please pray that they treat me ethically even if the courts have to force them.

I don't have the time and energy to fight them so please pray that they ultimately decide to treat me ethically and help me get my injury fixed.

I know I'm not the only one unethically treated by Pinicole(sp?) only cares about it's 300 million surpluss

Please pray for all who have been injured on the job and treated like they are crimials when all they want is to be fixed!!!!

My brother went through the same thing.. He broke his back at work and they kept telling him it was an old injury. They did that for 3 weeks until they said that they could test it to see if it was an old or a new injury... needless to say as soon as the test was over and they could see that it was a fresh injury they couldn't do enough for him.. :-?

Thanks to those who prayed for me.

The law wone over justice.

The common Joe Schmoo doen'st wory about being hurt.

So the insurance companies have the law stacked against us.

Basically because a shrink did not document me as disabled I can't prove my disability.

I'll have my regular insurance treat me and if they want to appeal the case to get what is beyond my co-pay for reignbursement I'm willing to go to court again.
