try fasting. It gives your organs much needed rest. They have time to heal when fasting. A few hours a day at first then gradually increase your daily fast. I try to fast 19 hours a day. Except weekends. Most weekdays though I can do 19 hours. Ihope to increase to 20 hours by years end.
