My case manager said that exercise is the most effective way to be healthy mentally. Like, it's effects are better able to manage...and you know what? I believe him!

I have exercised 8 days in a row, and my hallucinations are not making me emotionally sick! Even though I was going through my womanly time! It's amazing! I have been hallucinating almost non stop but... Im not reacting to it. Im understanding my mind.... Like what my thoughts are like and their correlation to the hallucinations.

GOD is good!!!
 
what kind of exercises do you do? I'm thinking about doing a Pilates DVD again. I think of it as yoga w/o the occult and/or new age-y stuff, basically.
 
There are video games called Just Dance for the Wii. I have all 6, though they just came out with 2016. I dance 5 days a week, and Monday and Friday I do an exercise video: Kathy Smith Fat Burning Workout video. It's a little strange, but it adds muscle building exercises along with the cardio. And I like to walk, though not on a treadmill.
 
So glad you are doing better. God is with you on this journey and you'll get better and better still.
