Pray for Pam powers she is a former cancer patient . she just had a scan the other day she has tumor about a inch in size on her brain at the point where her brain and spinal cord connect. i am not big on medicine but her daughter said it is keeping fluid from draining from her Brain. no time set for surgery but she will be facing surgery to remove it. pam is a friend of mine

I'll be praying for the medical staff who will see her there.

(Nobody I know who has been there has been happy with the results. Indianapolis has actually served people better....just depends)

Prayerfully, I won't have need of the info on Dr Anderson, but I have heard good things about Houston doctors.

Sometimes the best dr will make a mistake, and sometimes the worst will hit the mark.
When God calls time, it's time.

yes i have a cousin from birth born water head baby so speak has shunt. she has problems with hers .there saying at this point no surgery not sure of the reason.

latest on pam i apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I have only got on facebook long enough to post an update. Her face and neck swelled from the built of fluids the spine was not draining, and she was seeing double of everything. Once the shunt was in, all of that went away. The tumor that is blocking the spine will not be removed. THe doctors fear that if they begin cutting it, it could cause the cancer to spread even more. She does have some spots on the brain where cancer has begun to develop. They are going to do a whole head radiation to try and shrink or eliminate both the small spots and the large tumor. other then that she is doing very well. The prayers have gone a very long way. " this was from her daughter "
