Cohen is adorable, and I look forward (from afar) to watching him grow up. That means you're going to have to supply pictures on a regular basis, though!

yes. i did do that. on the old forum, it was in the general section. i will post that in the lounge.

The pics from Easter are still less than a year old. From my way of thinkin', those pics are recent. I would enjoy seeing those as well!

ok. lol Minnie makes one smile doesn't she. that is what i call jaci at times or the red terrorist. she will play with things and irritate Cheyenne at times. my dog wont come out of the room if jaci is here as she bothers that dog at times.View attachment 4014

last Christmas in the Minnie tent. i hid in there and she would lift it off of me. so i got in there with her and had this pic taken. she was laughing when i did this. :)

That picture is precious! She's going to remember always that her Papa Cheese was fun-loving & chose to spend time with her. She may not recall each & every moment, but the general feeling will remain with her, and will carry that in her heart always.

Do enjoy all the time you are blessed to spend with her. Our little ones grow up tooooo quickly.

i remember the times with my grandpa, i can remember a lot of them days. from age 6 when i cried when he left to the sad day of his death.

his saying and i hear it in his voice was
who is the good guy or bad guy, am i the bad guy this time or are you?

i haven't thought about that in years. that and his adventures with ferocious. that dog loved him and he couldn't stand that dog. that dog would stow away at times all the way back to lake worth.man he would be mad. he would say who let the dog in my car!

I have a lovely memory of one of my grandmother's just months prior to her death. I was 4 at the time.

my uncle and mom look like their dad, my mom kept my grandpa driver's license.

It's nice your Mom kept something personal from your Grandfather. Not everyone thinks about such things.

I had some of my grandmother's jewelry ... but I've now passed them all to my adult offspring. I still retain some of her paintings as I rather enjoy them ... eventually, my kids will have those as well. They know that she was someone who touched my heart in a special way.

i have my grandpa's sword from ww2, my grandparents chumash(bible).

Those are two great items to have, both associated with special memories.

Before I gave it to my oldest offspring, I had a great-great (something) grandmother's Bible from 1854. The Bible had several pages for writing in family milestones - that's how I learned she was exactly 100 years & 2 minutes older than me
