[__ Prayer __] Prayers Please?

If I can ask, what is the nature of your urges? Is it an addiction with something you eat, drink, or smoke? Is it a loose anger and an urge to be angry, or a strong sadness? Is it a gambling or lust filled urge?

The reason I ask is it seems that you don't want to go into detail over what it is, but depending on what it is there might be different strategies to fend it off. Gambling and lust seem to be a different kind of addiction then drugs or over eating to cope. Anger and sadness being different then both of those has it's own pitfalls and ways to fend it off.

If the urge stems from one of these, I'm sure you can say the catogary that it falls in without going into to much detail, and someone here can hopefully relate, having gone through a simular issue in their life, and how they made it through it. Or even to just give encouragement, that someone here has dealt with it (or is dealing with it) so you can too.

I'll keep you in my prayers, and hope you find what you need.
