That's not even what Zechariah 14:3-5 says. Where do those verses mention resurrection? If you want to understand what the verses point to then start with:
Luk 12:51 - Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
Zechariah 14 teaches us the Day of the Lord, in which Jesus Christ returns to earth with His saints.
It was from Zechariah that Jesus taught His disciples about His return.
Behold, the day of the Lord is coming,
And your spoil will be divided in your midst.
2 For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem;
The city shall be taken,
The houses rifled,
And the women ravished.
Half of the city shall go into captivity,
But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then the Lord will go forth
And fight against those nations,
As He fights in the day of battle.
4 And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,
Which faces Jerusalem on the east.
And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two,
From east to west,
Making a very large valley;
Half of the mountain shall move toward the north
And half of it toward the south.
5 Then you shall flee
through My mountain valley,
For the mountain valley shall reach to Azal.
Yes, you shall flee
As you fled from the earthquake
In the days of Uzziah king of Judah.
Thus the Lord my God will come,
And all the saints with You.
6 It shall come to pass in that day
That there will be no light;
The lights will diminish.
7 It shall be one day
Which is known to the Lord—
Neither day nor night.
But at evening time it shall happen
That it will be light. Zechariah 14:1-7
Jesus Christ returns to earth with His saints at the end of the age, to Gather His people at the Resurrection/Rapture.
This is called the Second Coming.
Everywhere the word "coming" [Parousia] is used is the New Testament concerning Jesus' return, it is a reference to this event that is in the future.
The Resurrection of the dead in Christ is in the future, when all those who are Christ's are resurrected from the dead, and received new resurrected bodies that will never die.
20 But now Christ is risen from the dead,
and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since by man
came death, by Man also
came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 23 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits,
afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming. 24 Then
comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.
1 Corinthians 15:20-24
Zechariah 14 refers to His Coming and this event.
Thus the Lord my God will come, and all the saints with You.
