[__ Prayer __] Program

lots of mental health pros get burned out, with or without their own set of mental problems. I think manager would be better, personally. I mean, fewer costs for degrees, probably pays comparably (? I'm kind of guessing, lol), and you can always use the money you make there to pursue degree(s) later on. Plus, when I told my current shrink that I was considering going into counseling, he told me that office politics are vicious :-(

I'm glad you get along well with your treatment people. I'll be praying for you, as always.

Thanks Christ_empowered <3

I did a search and was just reading about a position called a Peer Specialist they mentor others for vocational rehabilitation. If this is what you may be able to get into, it sounds like a very rewarding profession, doing something that is beneficial you, your client, and society. It takes a compassionate person to do this type of work, that's you.
Praying....

I've barely started but I'm already really excited!!!

So, I have told my Voc Rehab Counselor about how I was more interested in business. I am meeting with him on Thursday. Can you pray that everything will go well? and that the appointment would progress things at the right time?

Thnx :D

Dear Sister Angel, I especially agree with Grannyj on this. Your willingness to go forward with your life provides God the opportunity to lead you in paths He has chosen. I will be in prayer for you in Jesus' name.

May the Lord richly bless all that you put your hand to! And as you commit all that you do to Him, He will cause your thoughts to line up with His will, so that all of your plans will be established and succeed. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen!

I had a meeting, and it went well.
I have a decision to make, and I truly REALLY want to follow God and not what I just guess.
Please pray that God would give me wisdom about my situation. I am giving myself a week to think about it.
Its a pretty important life choice. Thanks in advance. <3

If you have prayed for wisdom, it has been given to you (James 1:5 onwards). Believe it, and think through your options, knowing your choice will be a wise one. Don't doubt.
