I would like to know if chistianity has truely reach the far east countries? many individuals i have come across who came from the far east contries, don't know anything on christainity and they have never read the bible before.I would like to have advice on opening a christain center in a far east country.

I'm sure there will be a Christian outreach organization in the country in question that can be contacted. For example, if the country is India then consider contacting Gospel for Asia. They not only preach the gospel but train native missionaries to carry the message and/or plant churches.

Tradition has Thomas, if I remember correctly, in India where there are churches named after him. Christianity is a middle eastern religion so it would have spread further east as well. Gospel for Asia is a great organization and there are other ministries such as RZIM which teach all around the far east.

Here is a link to Shield of Faith Mission International.
They are a non-demoninational mission group I've been personally affiliated with for many years.
I have dear friends serving in Nigeria and Mexico, although I don't the the families that serves in Asia.

If you go to the Jan/Feb 2009 newsletter, you can read about the believers in China and the persecutions they're under-going. There are cries coming out of Pakistan for teachers of the Word. The field is ripe, but the harvesters are few in so many areas.

I'm new here, so I"m hoping it's fine to post this link.

Where in the far east are you thinking of? I think you must narrow it down to a place more specific because "the far east" encompasses many different cultures and governments which require different approaches. Some places in the far east it is illegal to sell Christian literature so you have to smuggle it in. Look at Open Doors ministry if you are interested in that. Other places just are not religious in nature so opening a Christian center may not attract anyone. You have to find other ways. Other places are Buddhist or muslim so you have to work around that. Also most countries you can`t just go in and open a center. They have laws and registration and red tape to go through so you need someone to help you who knows the laws and language. I suggest you first narrow your focus, second serve as a missionary in that country so you can learn the in and outs of evangelism to that particular people group, and then design a Christian center that would effectively reach the people.
