Scripturally, does the Bible tell what happens to God's collateral damages that have taken place during our time on earth. One example: Daniel 3: 16-30; was it the will of God or stupidity of man? Another example: Exodus 15:4 KJV; was it the will of God or stupidity of man? Did all the soldiers deserve death? Knowing God's holy sovereignty.

There is no damage man can do, collateral or not, that God hasn't allowed for., like a bomb falling on a city, where the faithful die along with the wicked. Is that what you mean?
If so, the answer to your question is that believers were separated and protected from harm before the bomb went off. We all reap what we sow.
I understand all you say. I was looking for scripture that says that. (Two good men fighting on the field of battle against one another and both believers in God; They both die from wounds the other inflicted. Is there scripture that helps the living understand it and does God speak of it through his word.)

The scriptures you posted are good and well for the living. I'm referring to those who are dead but not necessarily in Christ but have consciousness of good. Good men kill good men. I speak from a soldiers point of view. Paul killed good men. I was trying to find scripture telling us about those good men that die in battle, for example: Did Joshua's army have collateral damage? Of course.

Whether they be good man or not if they are not Christ own through the Spiritual rebirth their judgement will be that of damnation, John 5:24-29.

IMO, all wars throughout history there have always been good men on both sides, and if God calls for His enemies to be destroyed in battle His will will be done.

Heb 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
Heb 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

My friend, I'm giving you the scripture. We reap what we sow. So what was in the hearts of the two soldiers you described?
God knows.
God instituted such organizations as governments, militaries, etc. for the oversight and protection of its' citizens,

For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. Rom.13:14

Please understand, this doesn't mean there aren't bad leaders, soldiers, police officers, etc, but we will all give account for whatever God lent us.

So, 2 soldiers with the mind to protect, but then 1 started hating "those people." No matter...

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Gal.6:7
