It might make sense to someone who knows how to read music. It is somewhat random.

Help I'm in treble clef. I ran over something hard and now my tyre is b flat. I need a dime ? for the phone. Do I need to ( I have no idea ) any of that ?

I don't have the music in me :(

It reads: "Help! I'm in treble. I ran over something sharp and now my tire is flat. I need a quarter for the phone. Do I need to repeat any of that?"

quarter not a dime. im old enough to remember when phone calls were a dime.

Payphones that actually worked...took a dime. Those payphones and their phone booths near street corners.

Kids today have no concept of payphones, let alone phone booths.

i took Nathan and family to a 50's era and prior restaurant. they had the old payphones on the while with the old analog dials. man i picked the phone up and it had dial tone. so i showed him out they worked and pointed out 0 is for operator and he noticed the letters with the numbers as well.

How fun!

In a way, I miss those old analog dials.
there are a lot of things i miss from the old days, and im not old enough to remember the 50 to the mid 70's. i was bored yesterday so on the way home i counted the old 50's era gas stations. Melbourne 2, vero 12. all of them on us1. so old that they had the four bathrooms from the jim crow days.

Wow! Those are old stations, then.
vero and parts of ft, pierce, Sebastian and up to Melbourne, and cocoa have some really old homes, i passed by a lot of those. it is those that survived the hurricanes. i believe our oldest structure is one of over a hundred years. i didn't take notice to see if it had outdoor plumbing and a washhouse.(which it didn't when i read it but some homes here still have the separate structure.my wife's aunt's home might have had one. i know that it had a well which seems to be common to the old homes. the home in question no longer has the washouse, but still has two wells and outdoor plumbing as both water heaters are out in the open and run on gas.

One of my friends' homes (when I was growing up) had the old wash house and separate kitchen. Outhouses had been removed and the holes filled in. Carriage houses were still common with many of the large homes; another of my friends' parents had turned their carriage house into a play house for their kids. It was great!

there might be a home that has a carriage home today. it lies abadandon but still livable.its not far from me. i cant post a google earth pic as its too far in the woods to be seen. i will have to see what the carriage homes looked like. but this home is close to a century old. and i know that it had some horse stables which still stand.
