They're was a rebellion in first earth age. Lucifer deceived one third of God's children. 12:3. Lucifer was even sitting on the Mercy seat. Some people actually worshipped Lucifer in the first earth age. 12:4. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven and did cast them to earth : Now what's the purpose of the beast system of revelation chapter 13. Is it too test people ?. Another one world political system is coming near future. We already had a rebellion in the first earth age. God put a stop to it in first earth age. Lucifer was demoted from protecting cherub to archangel. And satan is sentenced to the lake of fire. Let's move to now, second earth age. Revelation 23:1. And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea , having seven heads and ten crowns and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. Did you notice a slight difference ? First earth age, 7 crowns. This second earth age, 10 crowns. Lucifer can't help himself. It's a distinct pattern of operation. The one world political system rises up out of the sea, people. When this one world political system receives deadly wound near future, many people will gladly accept it. Because, a supernatural angel arrives 6th trump, satan as antichrist. Satan will establish world peace. Isaiah 30:9. That this is rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the Lord. 30:10. Which say to seers, See not ; and the prophets, Prohesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceit. Some people enjoy being lied to. Some people seek churches who tailor God's word to conform to their like. It's a social club for some people. Lot of people are not prepared for antichrist. They lack knowledge of Gods word. We're warned by prophet Isaiah and revelation chapter 13, a one world political system is coming, will receive deadly wound and antichrist heals deadly wound. Question. Is their a rebellion coming near future ??

I think you meant Rev 13:1 as there is no chapter 23 in Revelation.
Rev 12:3 the other sign John saw was a great red dragon meaning Satan. Remember, this is a vision and a sign as Satan has not yet been cast out of heaven until the beginning of the 3 1/2 years of the greatest tribulation we will ever see nor ever see again, Matthew 24:21. The description of the dragon being great and red depicts its nature and character as being fierce and murderous, John 8:44. This red dragon is depicted as having seven heads, ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. This is also confirmed in Rev 17 as mystery Babylon is described. The seven heads and ten horns refer to the original ten kingdoms of which three were subdued by the little horn of Daniel 7:8. The last kingdom which stands greater than all the others is that of a revived Roman Empire that takes control over all the ten nations who then implements a deceiving peace treaty with the Muslims in which the Dome of the Rock will be given over to the son of perdition as he reigns from the very Temple mount of God, meaning the holy place in Matthew 24:15. This is the abomination Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24:15, 16 that we are to flee from when we see the son of perdition take his seat in Jerusalem for 3 1/2 years.

The two horns represent the Old Roman Empire that received its deadly wound back in 1798 by General Berthier who made his entrance into Rome and abolished the Roman government and established a secular one. That caused them to scatter into the other ten nations (ten horns). The wound was healed in 1929 by Mussolini.
God speaks to us in scripture of a 3 1/2 year tribulation during the time of the seventh trumpet sounding, not a seven year tribulation, as being time, times and half time which equals 1260 days = 3 ½ years or 3 ½ Times – Hebrew calendar only had 30 days for each month and this is where you get 1260 days or 3 ½ years.

In 2009 the UNO divided the world into ten economic regions and each one will have a Jesuit Provincial set over them, but their end will come with the glory of the Lord striking them down when He returns with us His army.
