Jesus said to love our neighbor, but apparently you have an issue with that, similar to the "expert" in the OT law who said in Luke 10:29, "But the expert, wanting to justify himself, said to Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

This speaks clearly to inclusiveness, not bigotry.

The article dances heavily around trying to avoid defining what cival rights are. It's more interested in comparing racism with homophobia/sexism/transhobua wich is a straw man argument.

Civaly there is no reason why a person should not have protections based on their sexuality or gender.

This does not effect the Church because the Church exists outside cival law.

Just like how the various leaders of the Anti Racism movements had agendas, so do activists for LGBTQ people. It's not any more sinister.

Culturally the USA has moved away from fundamental Christianity, and that is something that will have to be lived with. Do your thing, but remember the constitutions says the USA shall not pass laws establishing religion.

"If it's my freedom at risk, it's about rights."
"If it's the freedom for anyone else, then it's an agenda."

Those guys never change, do they?

Turns out that sinners have the same rights as those who are perfectly sinless. I'm not part of the "my sin is nicer than your sin" cult. Feel free to toss the first stone, but don't expect the government to be helping you.

Fair enough?
