Safe or unsafe? Comment

In an interview, an interviewer set up the following and asked the interviewees to comment: You have a 5000 Watts Voltage Stabilizer to run your devices. You also have a 3000 watts UPS. For fear of safety of your instruments you connected a tv and a power amplifier rated at 500 watts and 2200 watts to the UPS respectively. This UPS was in turn connected to the Voltage Stabiliser. Also you connected a 1000 watts electrical device directly to the Stabiliser.
