Romans 5:
10For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
Many believe that Jesus Christ after dying on the cross for the sins of His People, now just leaves it up for grabs as to who will get saved by an act of one's freewill, but this cannot be further from the truth of scripture. All whom Jesus Christ reconciled to God by His death, shall [a promise] be saved[experimentally] by His Life.
For the Lord Jesus Christ has entered into His Glory acts 3:13
The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.
And He now occupies His Mediatorial Throne, and is even Now Prophet, Priest, and King of His People He died for. He makes intercession on their behalf, because of and based on what He has accomplished for them and in their behalf before the Father.
rom 8:
34Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.[The elect of vs 33]
Heb 7:
25 wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.
His reigning on His Mediatorial Throne ensures that all them He died for and rose, will be brought to God by Him.
Hebrews 2 :
10 for it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons [ and His Brethren] unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
The word bringing is the Greek word ago and means:
to lead, take with one
to lead by laying hold of, and this way to bring to the point of destination: of an animal
to lead by accompanying to (into) a place
The Lord Jesus has taken the full responsibility of bringing all the sons to their destination of Glory, Eternal Glory, He will lead and accompany all His sheep into Heaven and Glory.
For His birth, life and death and resurrection and ascension with present enthronement secures everything for those He died for, their entrance into the pearly Gates, this answers His prayer we find in Jn 17:
24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
His Present Life ensures this for all those He died, no exceptions, not one shall be lost.
