The reason for fewer women wearing shaven heads is the usual reason – fashion. In the 60’s everybody wore afros. Nobody does that anymore. Shaven heads aren’t fashion anymore.

I don’t mind shaven heads. Beehives, sideburns and mullets! May they never, ever, ever return.<O:p</O:p
