Should Christians work out?,,YES If you are physically able,,,and have no health issues prohibiting you then ,,,yes you should......Everything performs better when you take care of it,,,,especially the body......
Hey, I have no problems with working out, I do it a lot. However, is it something that is part of our Christian faith? Is it a concern of Jesus Christ to enter the Kingdom? No, I believe that "staying healthy" is a human concern, not a spiritual concern, since Christ and others fasted, and we know that fasting is BAD for the body...
Christ came to save us from sin and its enslavement. Gluttony is a sin. Thus, when we eat large intakes of food, no matter the food, it can be considered sinful. Continued binges or eating junk food regularly can lead to enslavement to the sin of gluttony. But eating fast food, in of itself, is not sinful.

Is eating a Big Mac a sin? Would Paul chastise the Corinthians for eating a "McRib" sandwich? I'm thinking he would not care, as long as it did not scandalize weaker Christians, it would not matter to him one way or the other.
