Should Christians watch MTV?

I don't watch MTV it's only promoting an immoral lifestyle. The shows make it seem like living with somebody, partying and having sex all day is the way to go. Then they try to appeal to the average joes by exposing young girls who are pregnant ( it started off with it's good intentions) however, they don't show too much consequences or any kind of moral message at the end of the show. Real world...I don't know what to say about that show. It's disgusting. MTV is not a recommendation for the fellow saved folks out there, neither Vh1. The music isn't devoted to anything but the physical pleasure. :screwloose I don't watch that garbage anymore btw.

I, too, am a fellow hater of MTV. It's full of garbage. The videos, the shows, everything. It doesn't promote God, so I don't see why Christians should watch it. It's a pointless collection of trash that does nothing save to degrade the mind of humans...and if aliens should watch it...aliens too. :shame

S.O.S. I think as well. Whatever it was, it was disgusting. So now abusive boyfriends and girlfriends are entertaining? Man, I wonder when the shows glorifying AIDS and other STD's will be the spotlight. Thankfully, I have no reason to watch MTV. Not for objectionable content or anything, but because of quality of content. Most of it puts me to sleep.

My solution: Sell the name MTV to people who care about REAL music. Change your show name to, like I said earlier, Fake Reality TV(FRTV). I don't want to see girls "shakin their thang". I want guitarist shredding and rappers rapping like no other. In fact, how about who can make music faster contest? A rapper vs. guitarist battle off!
 
MTV is one of the biggest promoters of the satanic agenda (promiscuity, homosexuality, covetousness, selfishness, drugs, lawbreaking, being a general jerk..etc..)
