Slap her!

Kids say the darndest things, as the saying goes. A freind of mine shared this on Facebook and said the thing she liked most was "Because I'm a man", which is a good (and probably scripted) answer, but there was another one I liked better - "Jesus doesn't want us to hit others".

It shows how we operate as humans: It is lovely to me, therefore, it deserves to be treated well.

By nature we heap our love and admiration on people that bless us, not on people who have nothing to bless us with.

What if they would have brought before those boys a girl who was not pretty?Would they have reacted the same way?Goes to prove how this world looks at other human beings.

It reveals how WE look at other human beings. That is how we all are by nature. In Christ we are taught not to show favoritism.

If Christ treated us based on what a blessing we were to him he would not have died for us.

Aren't we all glad that Christ does not favorite us by the way we look like on the outside?

Yes, because I would feel uncomfortable being exalted above you all.

Or how negative some people are. I don't think they would have slapped her even if she was ugly.
They seemed very sincere in their reasons for not doing it.

Can anyone else see the distorted logic of the ad?

Women are beautiful and precious, so how can you beat on things so beautiful and precious? If that's true, why is there that problem in the first place that they have to make video ads against it?
