Today is the Feast of Slow Motion. In honour of Saint Motion. His first name was Slow.
Today you must exaggerate every move as if in slow motion.
Stand up from bed. Touch the floor with your feet like you are walking on the moon. Feel every sensation.
Wash your face slowly, lovingly.
Brush your teeth slowly and lovingly.
Worry about your life slowly and lovingly.
Talk to God slowly and lovingly.
If God is not available, talk to yourself slowly and lovingly.

What a wonderful day that could be if we slow down long enough to experience the simple things in life right where we are at. We sure do let life get in our way at times and everyone needs a slow..................motion......................day.

BTW, God is always available for us to just sit and talk with him. It's the best time of the day.
