me, yet again. LOL.
it snowed last night and into today. Not unheard of around here, but unusual. Its a little too cold for me, but it is awfully pretty. My parents have some bird feeders, bird baths in the back yard, and looking at the birds has been fun. I especially like looking at the red birds.
anyway, I'm blessed beyond measure. My parents and I have reconciled. I'm off probation, 2 years early, and I was spared a felony (here where I live, "Class A" misdemeanors are punished a lot like felonies in other places...). I think my freedom--the freedom I have in Christ--is just now starting to sink in.
So, I'm looking at a life of...freedom, in Christ. My mama has been especially kind to me lately. Things have warmed up between my dad and me, but I really destroyed my mother with my sins and general nastiness, when I was younger. And now...
well, God is good! I think now part of what God's done for me is for my parents, too. There was no hope for me, before I got saved. Just another one of "society's rejects," trapped in sin and darkness. Now?
I don't know what kind of j-o-b I'll get or anything, but...life is valuable, meaningful, important with or without a job. My parents have been blessed with more resources, so...they're there for me, in ways that many parents would not be for their adult offspring. I'm thankful.
OK. Just another Praise Report...snow days are pretty. The roads are a mess, lol. God is good!
