My wife and I celebrated our 59th anniversary Tuesday in a rehabilitation center.
She was released Wednesday after near a month in the hospital and rehab.
She is home at peace sleeping like she couldn't there due to constant tests or something.
She had a large stone removed from her pancreas, her gall bladder, and part of her liver removed.
Tests for cancer came back negative.

My urgent prayer when the ambulance took off from me with sirens blaring was to not let her suffer.
To this time she has not needed pain medicine at all even to the amazement of the medical staff.
I saw her beside me last night sleeping so soundly I thought that our Lord may have taken her, and at that moment I even praised Him as to have allowed her to come home one more time.

One of my neighbors, a former chef at a major Greek restaurant brought us enough of a Thanksgiving meal to last a month. Thank You Father for Your provision in Jesus' name.

How beautiful!

My dear Brother Eugene, the love you have for your wife is so wondrously brilliant. 55 years of marriage.... congratulations! Tears of thanksgiving and joy are shared from my part of the world as I re-read your words. You are truly an inspiration!

Prayers continue for you and your lovely bride.....and for the amazing neighbor of yours!

God always seems to provide for his kids with more than enough... Even the cherry and sprinkles on top.

Brings me to crying every time too.:cries

Thank you for sharing this wonderful testimony with us. It has greatly encouraged me and you both are always in our prayers!
May the Lord Yehovah continue to bless you both with an abundance of grace and peace.
Love to you both
