Bible Study spirit of Antichrist

1 john 4
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
1 john 2
18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
what we are dealing with is a spirit Bible says God is a spirit the devil is a spirit
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

everyone keeps looking for a leader who will be a type antichrist
the devil is very crafty he twist the word of God to eve he said has God said ? the first satanic attack he came in the form of a serpent .

Christ has given us the power to fight this spirit off . we use spiritual weapons just like Jesus we use the the scriptures . but yes the spirit of antichrist is alive and well .just as God gives us the spirit to do his work.. Satan has a spirit he places in people to do his work... satan entered judas heart his end result he hung him self .
this war is very real and very much alive ..

10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

as the pastor was preaching this morning the only way to win the battle is submit to God... the war will be won later by Christ when he puts the devil in his place

everyone keeps looking for a leader who will be a type antichrist

It's not that many are looking for an antichrist leader, but they that have not Christ in them are lead by that of an antichrist spirit. Even those who say they believe in Christ, but only know Him by name and are none of His own as they only give lip service to the Lord and these He will spew out of His mouth as he never knew them, Matthew 7:21-23; Rev 3:16.

This is why it is so important to Spiritually discern that of what we hear so we will not be deceived, 1 John 4:1-6.

the spirit of Antichrist has been around since the beginning of time .he knows the word of God inside and out. he believes in Christ very deceptive

So deceptive that this antichrist spirit loves to deceive those who have not the knowledge of truth given us by the Holy Spirit. For those without knowledge are only luke warm and Christ will spew them out of His mouth.

Rev 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

The only way to win the battle with the devil is with the Word of God.
