Prayers for motivation to get to a full night's sleep and to sleep earlier. I get to sleep between 3-5am. It's almost 3:30 am now as I post. But I feel like absolute crap lately. I feel it in my head and body. And my depression gets worse and I don't take care of anything.
 
Depression can cause lack of motivation, and lack of sleep. A doctor can check to find out if you have enough serotonin to keep you cheerful. SSRIs can replenish serotonin if it is low. Light therapy can also help many people (don't play video games in a dark room).

In the long run, stress reduction is the best treatment for depression in most people. Stress can deplete serotonin. SSRIs are best used as a temporary fix.
 
You could try praying all night instead of, whatever you usually do.

Nightime is the best time to pray. The world's interference is at a minimum then, so it's easier to hear His voice.

Maybe it's the Lord keeping you awake during these hours? He's hoping to hear from you! He wants to talk to you. He wants you to talk to Him...!!
 
I'm not sure what that looks like tbh

I had a lot of passions that didn't last long. The list of thing I wanted to do started to disappear until It narrowed down to two things. Youtube or music. Music is a passion that I wanted to do for years so I chose that one. The true passion that you seek will come someday. God bless you Essenaut :) :wave2

praying for your hormone levels including sleep hormones to be healed in Jesus' wonderful name - and for you to have increasingly better sleep and very deep peace

maybe try playing this 8 hr youtube video and see if it will help you get into a peaceful sleep mode

 
If you can't sleep, don't feel like doing nothing. then why don't you at least enjoy doing nothing? Me, I'm going to go crank up my stereo, put on some raunchy hip hop music and go work out. Suprisingly motivating!
