[__ Prayer __] suicide

every state has that. its the same wording. all 50 states have that. its not a crime to have that done nor does it reflect as a charge. if it was a criminal act and well that Is another topic, it wouldn't be helpful. I don't see the need to go into the crime of suicide that is a chargeable offense in the army and in some states but seldom is enforced. its only when you try to end it and take another's life in that process do you get any charge.

CA we say 72 hour hold...
same thing, its a 72 hour period.a few years ago the elders and one of them an irs agent had to baker act a member during church. he literally crawled under the pews and up to the stage for some unknown reason and was stopped by the pastor and then was talked to by the elders and then took off and was ramming his head on the church wall across the street. he has some mental issues that I cant name, he needed help and sadly while the baker act didn't cure him, it did for a few weeks stabilize him. I haven't heard much from him. I know that he had some type of depression or a psychosis. its sad but sometimes that is all we can do.

Jim and i are praying also! And have others praying too.

Father we just bind death, loose life, and pray for mercy peace and safety! And we thank You for surrounding them with Your mighty Presence. And for intervening in this person's life! In Jesus Name, Amen!

Amen!
