Sun Tea

This may sound dumb, but what exactly is "sun tea"?

This is the only way we'd ever know if someone never had it! I remember the first time I encountered it as a small boy, and the neighbor had made it. You just put it in a glass pitcher in direct sunlight. The water never needs to boil or even get all that hot but it still brews - because sunlight is magic :yes

Something about the process is different and especially suited to iced tea. I don't know how hot it needs to be to work or if that even matters. I bet it'd work with herbal "teas," too

Sounds fun. Just thinking a pitcher of water in the sun here may get crazy hot since baking cookies in the car and frying eggs on the sidewalk is entirely possible. Maybe need to just ice it afterwards =D
