Swine flu kills ten people in the UK

A few strains of flu and colds, swine flu being one of them.

If you thought it had gone away, never left, over fifthys some may be more imune, as were exposed some years ago to a simular virus.

warning people to get injected, particaly if in higher risk groups.

Can affect young healthy people, teenagers, schools, people tolled to wash hands , spreads on key boards, mouses, door handles ect.

If you think you have it, tolled not to go into work, or school, collage, ect.

It seems if the birds dont get you, the pigs will, pay back.

Maybe freezing conditions were a blessing, which may kill the swine flu virus?
Hold it up, or back,

Some ask why a pateint for this flu was filed in 202, when unheard of at this time as such?
And go on to say was this delibretly released in Mexico, which oringinaly saw a high death toll.
Another tool in the depolulation senerio?

What is being sprayed from planes other populated area,s, chem trials ect.? some ask.

I saw recently one women had died in Hong Kong from bird flu, not much has been spoken about bird flu for some time,
Or if swine flu could mutate to a stronger virus, strain.

I have a son who had meningitis, by the grace of God he came through, even though when i got to the hospital , i was tolled they did not think he would make the weekend.

He was fine on the sunday, monday, by tuesday, lifeless.

This particular strain of flu, can over load his imune system.

so remains a real threat for some,


where as normaly the old, weeker, ect are more at risk, and still are.

swine flu has and can take down, very healthy young people,

got quiet a hold in the UK before, at the beginning, even though it was not flu season. as such.

The swine flu "epidemic" is way more hype than anything else. I don't believe in hype, I believe in facts, and the facts show that it is more hype than an actual pandemic threat.
 
Johnny, I will ask this; Why do you think this matters to any of us? (With the possible exception that a loved one or a member of one of these 10 people's families are members of this board.)

England is a country of almost 52 million people. So now that winter is coming, 10 people have died of the swine flu (assuming this statistic is even true.) That puts your odds (if you live in England) of dieing of this particular version of the flu at a bit less than 1 in 5 million.

Johnny, do you realize that your chance of being struck by lightning is 1 in 750,000? That means that YOU have about a 7 times greater chance of being struck by lightning than of being killed by the swine flu.

So, Johnny, do you recommend that we all live permanently inside of Faraday cages to protect ourselves from lightning? Do you live in one?

This is nothing but sensationalism and we Christians would do well to worry more about ministering to our brothers and sisters and showing Christ to the rest of the people around us, than to waste time worrying about such things as this.

Johnny, how many people have you led to the Lord this week (if you are a Christian)? How many have you ministered to this week regarding their actual needs here and now today? (And by "ministering" I am not referring to your sensationalistic posts on this forum. I mean ministering to real people, one on one.) Have there been any? I know of other people on this board that ARE doing just that right now and they are having a positive effect for the Lord because of it. How about you?

England is only one part of the UK, so the odds are probably even smaller. Stuff like this is a big money maker to some, especially the companies that make the vaccines.. I won't be played.

If h1n1 really kicked in, it would effect some one we know, or even our selves to a lesser or greater degree,

how many non christians, christians have heard or read, what you have to share with them. online or other wise. johnny

How did Jesus connect with people,??? only through the scriptures.?

johnny it's not Spanish flue Spanish flu evolved in highly unique circumstances.

Although viruses aren't really alive they are still subject to survival and selection pressures thus evolution.
A virus is a parasite, It infests and subverts your cells and uses you to make billions of copies of itself and then introduce the virus into new hosts so the cycle can continue.

It's generally not in a viruses best interests evolutionarily to exterminate it's hosts with such extreme prejudice, And we've observed this Zoonotic viruses with ridiculously high mortality (ebola) over several generations become humanized and the mortality drops. They are still nasty but where the kill rate might have been 98% it will drop to 60-70% in 3 years, and 40% in 10 years. The virus wants it's hosts alive but infecting others... The common cold is a master of this... So is HIV.

Common colds don't cripple you but make you highly infectious.
HIV allows it's host vectors to be infectious for YEARS before they die.

So how did a terrible disease like Spanish flu come about?
Well it followed World war I when the men were in the trenches the virus had to evolve to be extremely potent deadly and infectious, for two reasons.

1: It had to insure it's host was hospitalized to get to new hosts reliably.
2: Most of the men in the trenches had a lifespan measured in days anyway, More potent means easier to infect while not really penalizing you for ending your hosts life prematurely anyway you don't get much of an infection window anyway.

it was when the men came back from the trenches they introduced this particularly virulent plague into the civilian population that the selection pressure changed and the virus was much too strong for the everyday environment killing alot of people before it could dial down it's aggression genetically.

What they were worried about with swine flu is that zoonotic factor again. influenza is odd in that it has a compartmentalized genome and is capable of recombining itself with other flu types. It happens that a particular recombination between a pig+bird+human can cause a deadly virus, However as I've said these bizarre deadly fusions aren't begin selected for such an emergent is unlikely.

The precise reason why that fusion is so problematic is the Bird fusion contains a hyper-binding antigen that seriously distorts your MHC complex resulting in a massive immune overreaction.

Pig Fusions contain a protease that's normally only found in human lung cells thus limiting the virus damage to your lungs, With this protease the virus is able to attack any cell in your body.

I know all about this stuff... My semi-expert opinion on this topic I can tell you I'm not seriously worried about it.

Answering a question with a question is a childish cop out and you know it. I asked first and you refuse to answer, so unless you choose to say otherwise, I'll assume the answer is zero.

If you must play that childish game, there are several times in the past week I have done all of these things. Why don't you channel your energy and time into actually helping a fellow Christian (if you are indeed a Christian. You probably are, but you refused to answer that question as well.)

LOL. You're right. Scotland and Northern Ireland are part of it was well, aren't they? Wales too, I believe? Are there others? You caught my American ignorance of things outside of the U.S.! Thanks for pointing that out!:)
 
Present day viruses is an on going story, weather released delibratley, or naturaly, weather natural or man made.

they can spread like wild fire, people travel more than ever, many work in confined spaces, h1n1 can particularly target young people, most of who are in school, collages, univercity.

Jesus often answered a question, with a question, he also spoke about people religeous, who placed heavy burdens on people, can also be condemnation, when they themselves do not lift one finger.

im intreged here to, that for many of you, you add nothing much if nothing to the topic, and your obbession is with my self, or personal attacks.
As christians often are very good at doing , telling others what they should and should not be doing.
and often is the case, they are not doing it them selves.

Its called chewing a nat, but swallowing a camel, the speck in the eye, but not seeing the plank in their own.

If it makes you any happier, Not my Choice, or the normal way i conduct my self, would mention none of this. in the real world in the church, i have shared and waited on all those wh o came many perents to the carol service, and many came,

Also involved in the school, were my wife works, again with teachers, perents, children.
also helping set things up for all the current activitys.

Run into as i always do people i know in my village and local town.

We also had a large family gathering made up of family and friends. around 100 lots of love shared.

I support my mother alot who cares for other 200 street children in Kisumu Kenya, covenant home.

early this coming week, i have been invited as a guest, for all my pratical help in the church and other wise,
to join at their request a large dinner , for all the older residents, in our comunity, and surrounding comunities.

As for online maybe 2-4 thousand people have viewed things ive posted, or my contibution, into other posts,
most are non christain. maybe more i dont count.

every thing i share here, i share with my local comunity, on the local discussion board, to all my friends and people who know me on face book.
through news feeds. and im know my many. in fact in my local comunity, it is said Johnny becoming a christian, there must be a God, because of the transformation in my life.

if you want to play this childish game of having to prove your self, or how spiritual you are, so many trying to do this, instead of just being who and what they are.

churches to, crossing the T,s doting the i,s have an outward appearence of Godleyness, a spiritual front,

personaly this nothing for me, let alone for the unsaved, who can see right through it.

No one needs to explain to anyone here what they are or aren't doing for the Lord on a daily basis, and to ask such a thing is really crass and not edifying to the body. Let's stick to the topic rather than try to have a contest here.

Very well. I was making a point that clearly was not recieved, not trying to be crass or start a contest. I'll not speak on it here again.

My. thoughts to, Galatians chapter 5 and 6 covers this, boast in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ
alot in these two chapters, if any man thinks he is some thing, he is nothing.

Non christians get really fed up with christians i have heard it said, all some seem to do,

is character assasinate, and make people out to be some thing, that is a misrepresentation of what and who the person really is,

tolled in the above chapters to stop biting one another, lest you both be devoured.

if you want people to feel condemed, as some do, just say they are not doing enough.

At the todays news forum, David Icke's Official Forums some one has mentioned 5 of the people who died at been vacinated.?
