Taking A Break

I am going to take a break from the forums for a little while. I can feel agitation and frustration growing and I have worked so hard to reduce that in my life for both physical health and mental health reasons. I take my blood pressure at home and it has been higher as of late when it should be lower.

I know it's not my job as I have a much better job without all the stress of working on an ambulance and working 13+ hour shifts. I work 8 hours and then done for the day. I am not blaming it all on the forums as my girlfriend's ex now has the cancer diagnosis and now we're waiting for them to determine just how bad and what his life expectancy is. I have to be strong for her so she can be strong for their son. It's not easy.

So a break is in order. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year if I am not back by the holidays.

All the best. I hope you get the rest and peace you need.

Praying for you and the circumstances that are consuming you. Find your rest in the Lord.
