Taste and See

I can not understand why many teach that God's promises and miracles are not for today. All God's promises are yea and amen for God is the same yesterday, today and forever. I've been watching a lot of RW Schambach lately and this video entitled "Taste and See" hit home with me today and I am feeling led to share it with all of you, especially those who do not believe in miracles are for today. I believe when things soon become really harder for Christians we will witness God's miracles. He still works many miracles.

It's so easy when life is merrily rolling along as one does not give much thought about God or thinking hey need anything from Him. But as soon as disaster comes many cry out "why God, why are you letting this happen to me." In all reality it is not God that brings the disasters upon those who are His own by faith in Christ, but Satan trying to buffet us as a roaring lion seeking to devour us in order to steal our faith. There are 8810 promises of God found in the scriptures and we have to remember that some of His promises are for blessing and some for cursing like what is written in Deuteronomy chapter 27, 28. It's all in how we believe as all of God's promises are yea and amen. Like in the video, amen means "so be done".

That is so true for_his_glory we need God all the time but remember it more when something goes wrong. Yet we can even doubt Gid then. Satan is always ready for the attack.
