For once I am not asking for any prayer requests. Through all of your prayers and the grace of God I am feeling much happier in my life right now. I am losing my doubts about my salvation and God's love for me bit by bit and all in all I'm really starting to like myself for who I am and I have made a solemn promise to myself that I'm never going to try to be anyone other than myself ever again. If God loves me just the way I am and He sent His Son to die for ALL of my sins, then why in the world would I ever want to change? :biggrin Sorry I couldn't find the actual video to this song.

Hi Sister HelsRisen2018, what you're describing is just what God does in all of us who belong to Him. Not will you only become assured of your place in Christ, you will want to glorify and please Him as He places you into battles you didn't ever dream you could be victorious at. What? Me become a messenger of God to those He would have me visit. Where has my prayers ever helped anyone? Look up, He is with you. Change will come regardless your desires; God has called us to be the very bride of Jesus as a joint heir. You may not understand this at the moment, but hang in there with the love He is developing in you; He isn't finished with you yet.

Thanks, I'm beginning to understand that now. I love the latest addition to my signature,..for all of the haters out there, read it and weep! God loves me for who I am and that's all that really matters to me, so there! :tongue Anyway, I know that I already posted this song somewhere else before, but this song and a song from Hairspray came to my mind. By the way, every time I see your name pop up Eugene, please don't hate me for saying this but I always think about the nerdy guy with glasses in Grease. I'm not saying you're like that though.

Alright, I'm not a hundred percent sure what that all means, but I think it means that we're all sinners and the more that we seek Jesus, the more perfect we will become. That's what I'm guessing anyway.
