I clothed thee also with broidered work, and shod thee with badgers' skin, and I girded thee about with fine linen, and I covered thee with silk.
We ultimately get our feet shod with the preperation of the gospel of peace.

Since Jesus was already slain (in the mind of God) at creation, the badger was created, and Ezekiel inspired to speak / write what he probably did not fully understand (prophets longed to understand the suffering of which they spoke)

Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:
11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow
Through the death of a badger feet were shod under the law.
Through the death of Jesus bearing our sins we were given gospel shoes.
