The Camel And The Man Dream
I was listening to the book of Isaiah this morning out back when I saw a vision. In this vision a camel appeared loaded with gear on his back. As he watched, I went ahead of him into a field of what appeared to be dried standing straw. I began to walk through this field, with the camel following behind. Every now and then I would turn to look at the camel, and he would stop, and the load on its back would open and empty its contents onto the field, making the field turn green. I continued to walk through this field and noted a man walking ahead of me. I could only see him from behind, but he was wearing a long white tunic down to the ground with a white shawl covering his head. The shawl had blue embroidery along its edges. He was walking slowly, with a staff, and I realized I had been following him all this time. Then I asked the Lord what this vision was about, and he dropped a song into my mind.

9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem! Zechariah 9.

Vision Ended

I continued to walk through this field and noted a man walking ahead of me.

Oh how glorious! Even before reading further, I sensed when I read the above sentence, "And I bet this is the Lord," and it was.

The apostle Paul said in one place, "Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ. Now I praise you, brethren, that you remember me in all things and keep the traditions just as I delivered them to you." (1 Corinthians 11:1-2). Some translations here have, "Follow me as I follow Christ," and it's what came to mind in reading this vision. You are following Him faithfully, and your friend is watching you following Him, and following your dedication to Him, and what he is bringing has the capacity to change the landscape around him. But it starts with following Christ, and you are doing so faithfully.
9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem! Zechariah 9.

Zechariah 9-10 is actually an extremely militant couple of Chapters, and talks about how God's armies will destroy His enemies during the end-times, and restore the land to greenness and spiritual vitality in their wake. The "new grain" represents spiritual food and revelation from the written and spoken word, and the "new wine" represents drinking of the Holy Spirit, which will cause the daughters (in this case you) to rejoice. His army will operate in the true supernatural gifts, and they will expose the false gifts as fraudulent, as per Joel 2:28.

I will highlight relevant verses and words that apply to your vision and its interpretation, and blessings in Christ. Thanks for sharing. :thumbsup2

14 Then the Lord will be seen over them, and His arrow will go forth like lightning. The Lord God will blow the trumpet, and go with whirlwinds from the South. 15 The Lord of hosts will defend them. They shall devour and subdue with slingstones. They shall drink and roar as if with wine. They shall be filled with blood like basins, like the corners of the altar. 16 The Lord their God will save them in that day, as the flock of His people. For they shall be like the jewels of a crown, lifted like a banner over His land - 17 For how great is its goodness, and how great its beauty! Grain shall make the young men thrive, and new wine the young women. 1 Ask the Lord for rain In the time of the latter rain. The Lord will make flashing clouds. He will give them showers of rain, Grass in the field for everyone. 2 For the idols speak delusion. The diviners envision lies, and tell false dreams. They comfort in vain. Therefore the people wend their way like sheep. They are in trouble because there is no shepherd. 3 "My anger is kindled against the shepherds, and I will punish the goatherds. For the Lord of hosts will visit His flock, the house of Judah, and will make them as His royal horse in the battle. 4 From Him comes the cornerstone, from Him the tent peg, from Him the battle bow, from Him every ruler together. 5 They shall be like mighty men, who tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle. They shall fight because the Lord is with them, and the riders on horses shall be put to shame. (Zechariah 9:14-10:5)

More I could say on this passage, as the "lightning" that is referred to repeatedly here is again the supernatural power of God hitting the earth - signs and miracles and powerful wonders which strike fear into the hearts of His enemies. But I will leave the rest to each to discern as they see fit.

Blessings in Christ,
