this maybe best for the science forum. even though strobel is weak in the science department and ignore basic concepts such complex numbers. i think he means well.

you should make a documentary just like he did with all of the college professors and research....

then maybe i'd listen to you

good to see you, i was sad to see you go

as i said to some people i have some similarities with you as a Christian

but the documentary is very well put together....

it's your type of thing

has nothing to do with science, just history and logic

why? you are smart and can learn this stuff. i intend to learn as much i can on the creation-evolution debate and both arguments as best as i can.

Have not seen the documentary, but I read the book. If the documentary is anything like the book it is more apologetics then history and logic.

Yes, it is apologetics and not history and logic. And easily debunked. I'm kind of the "anti-Strobel". My handle is a counter to Strobel's book, _The Case for Faith_.

It is a fine documentary yes sir. Lee Strobel has a lot of great material out. a journalist by profession, he's using his gifts for the kingdom of Christ.

There isn't even anything about evolution in the film man....

He does use apologetics but of course no one wants to acknowledge that Jesus was historical....

It's pointless....

Faith is necessary, but to say we can only find proof of Jesus existence through faith is bogus....

If someone Spoke a bible verse and you didn't think it was a real verse you would want them to show you the verse.

God works in all things...

That's like saying there is no evidence at all for Jesus

we just believe in faith

which is good, but there are historical approaches

Faith is necessary for salvation

it is more than a believing faith...

It's a working faith
 
True, humanity has its flaws. But at least those flaws can actually be seen, tested, accounted for, and often laughed at, should it be deserving. Here's the thing. I would take the flaws that can be seen over the supposed "perfection" of a person who never lets himself be seen.

I have seen the evidence proposed by Mr. Strobel. I'm sorry, it is merely apologetics. If you want to see them as answers, then that's fine, Oats. No harm, no foul.
