taco bell route which buts up to Justin's new route. I have done all of those in the 18 series. I preread some of it today. I was going to take one pic of the walker ave/26th st route of an old cracker home but I left to get to the taco bell route area I wanted to read. the taco bell route has a few old Spanish homes. three or more and one old two story home that isn't used. it also has a home like the one I posted yesterday but that is also is a dwelling that is occupied. its just as bad.
oh the taco bell route has a house that has neither electric nor water connected when I last read it and it was occupied. I heard the owner keeping the dog from barking at me. its not uncommon. I was surprised as that home is kept. perhaps the tenant or owner has his utilities cut off and will be back on. I have few that do that on some routes. the hospital route has one.(electric usually)
I can see that happening. Something happens where the usual utilities money has to be spent elsewhere...and for a bit, it's a matter of robbing Peter to pay Paul sort of thing before the budget settles back to a regular routine

the south side of rt 60 is rather downtrodden for this area within city limits. renters, and some lowlifes. I believe a kidnapping occurred in this area. it borders a school that was shutdown during the searching for the assailant.
