The Cult of Isis

Is it still alive today? Does it go by any other name? Is Isis really the queen of heaven? Is she,,,the mother of god? Is she really an eternal virgin?

If you mean the Isis of Egyptian mythology then yes, she was the mother of a god (Horus) but no, she wasn't an eternal virgin. Look up the myth of Isis and Osiris. It's very specific about the lack of virginity.

She did allegedly have a virgin birth and some of these stories that I found suggested that she is the mother of all things while at the same time she also remains a virgin eternally.

Do you have a source for that? You can find a lot of unsubtantiated stuff on the internet. Specifically, there are many sites that claim parallels between Horus (son of Isis) and Jesus and so allege that Christianity is a rehash of older beliefs. That makes virgin birth a topic on interest to these people. Trouble is, it's all nonsense and makes no references back to any sources from Ancient Egypt.

I don't doubt that some loons go around saying what you said, but it has nothing to do with the Isis of Egyptian mythology.

According to Egyptian mythology, Isis was not a virgin. Instead, she reassembled Osiris so he could impregnate her to produce Horus. The Isis cult, however, could have been a precursor to the images of Mary with baby Jesus since Isis is often portrayed in similar images with Horus.
