There is a cure for ignorance, but it's too much work or too scary for many people. Ignorance can be a comfort for those who fear the truth.

I would say "depression" (which kills hundreds of thousands of people), HIV, and cancer.

Can I add one that has a cure already? Malnutrition, and more access to food for starving communities.

It works,my state nor much of South America would be inhabited.part of the reason Florida wasn't settled largely until the 20s was due to Malaria.much of my county was a swamp,marsh.

Quinine,is still used,a chemical formula simular to it is used.kinda like penicillin, amoxicin, ampicillin all made for those that have reactions to penicillin,and also generics
