I think the only hierarchy I have met was an area leader of some sort.
She had to go to different stores at times.

I got stories .

Irc all subways closed in my county for a month or two as the subway franchise was withdrawn .these that I went to were always late on utilities bills .
I have found that when they do that they also do it to vendors and possibly workers .

It's a few .the problem that causes that is from lack of customers, mismanagement of money or a sheister .

I have dealt with all three.
