When you see 'LORD' in all caps in an English bible the translators are letting you know that the Hebrew there is the divine name Yahweh.

That is true but the fact is this usage of capitalization is used incorrectly in some cases for instance referring to Jesus as the "Son" of God but only using "son" in other context of someone being the son of God. There is no such difference as god or GOD in these ancient languages so the emphasis is always coming from the translator.
