Neither of those are Biblical.
Jesus is not "God's spoken word." He is God incarnate, God in flesh, God in person. (John 1:14)
The Holy Spirit is not God's breath. God's breath would be a "thing". The Holy Spirit is not a "what" but a "who." He is "another Counselor," like Jesus.
Jhn 14:16-17 And I will pray the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, to be with you for ever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him; you know him, for he dwells with you, and will be in you.
The word "Counselor" is from the Greek; παράκλητος (paraklētos).
It means:
Comfort, Comforter, Comfortless:
lit., "called to one's side," i.e., to one's aid is primarily a verbal adjective, and suggests the capability or adaptability for giving aid. It was used in a court of justice to denote a legal assistant, counsel for the defense, an advocate; then, generally, one who pleads another's cause, an intercessor, advocate, as in 1Jo 2:1, of the Lord Jesus. In the widest sense, it signifies a "succorer, comforter." Christ was this to His disciples, by the implication of His word "another (allos, "another of the same sort," not heteros, "different") Comforter," when speaking of the Holy Spirit, Jhn 14:16. In Jhn 14:26; 15:26; 16:7 He calls Him "the Comforter." "Comforter" or "Consoler" corresponds to the name "Menahem," given by the Hebrews to the Messiah. I have had some rather extensive discussions with SDAs.
Though they are not monolithic in their doctrine (there seems to be some variation from group to group), the teaching that the the Holy Spirit is not a person of the TRinity but the breath of God the Father is one of the errors they hold.

I didn't mean that the Holy Spirit is LITERALLY the breath of God.
I'm sorry you took it that way and that I didn't see this.
I had to write lessons on the Trinity for pre-teens and used the word paraclete many times because that's the best way I understand the Holy Spirit to be.

I got this from SDA historical beliefs.

"Ellen White was influential in bringing about an understanding of the Holy Spirit and spoke of "the Third Person of the Godhead" repeatedly as "a divine person".

Sounds like people believe what ever they are told, whether it be denominational doctrine or not.
That goes for many denominations.
 
Maybe saying Jesus is "the word of God" in this way?

"For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak."

So Jesus speaks Gods words out his mouth direct from God. So he was the walking word of God.

I think Jesus is the Word of God made flesh . The Bible is the Word of God made paper from God inspired Holy men of God inspired to write as instructed by the Holy Ghost .. Yet God the Father at no time has ever exhausted or been apart from his spoken Word or ability to speak as God the Father ..

Jesus said his words will never pass away, but a bible does pass away as after 100 years it will fall apart.

With 40,000 denominations, pick a God or create your own God from scripture, surely the bible must come from the word babel as Christianity is more confused than anything.

It's passed around on this forum as though it is fact.
Why I doubt there are more than 100 actual denominational differences.
 
Curious, the beliefs of this forum has it posted that the owners believe God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus , are persons.
Aren't you inviting a contrast to that belief system with this ? One that could be the source of reporting against a member if they post and disagree with what the owners have expressly stated?

If you can't, then you have simply chosen to believe what the internet tells you.
