The Jews and their denial of Christ as Messiah

p.s. joyfully, daily, more and more Jews are being immersed in Yeshua the Savior, both in Israel, and all over the earth where-ever they live and abide.

I have read statements on the Internet where some pastors of churches continue to praise Israel as God's special people. I do believe that the Jews have a special place in God's eyes, because of the Abrahamic covenant...but IF people deny that Jesus is the Christ how can they claim to love God. To my mind they would be in the same category as other sinners who who deny Jesus. From the time Jesus came, the Jews were opposed to him even today. The bible states that there is no other name under heaven whereby men (I think this would includes Jews) will be saved/

Hope this is not seen as anti-Jewish I am just asking a question which is biblically based.

God so the Loved the world... That includes everyone. God first loved us.

Now the children as defined in Rev are those who obey Gods commands and hold to the testimony of Jesus. Jesus is the root and offspring of David. No one will be resurrected apart from Him. As He is the resurrection and the life. The living bread that came down from above. All those who listen to the Father and learn from Him will go to the Son. And Jesus will raise them up on the last day. That is the Fathers Will. The message hasn't changed. All need to go to Jesus for life and the forgiveness of their sin. Thats how God chose to forgive sin. Now Jesus showed the greatest love by laying down His life. He is the good Shepard that loves the sheep. He entered the true tabernacle in heaven by His blood and was found worthy of honor and power and glory. A place on the Fathers throne. A faithful High Priest forever.

The Father drafted in gentiles to make the jews jealous so they would return to him. If it is his will to put it on the hearts of ALL to acknowledge Christ as The Messiah it will be done. There are in fact there are Messianic Jews and many jews who do come to Christ

I used to do a Bible study with a family of Messianic Jews. They were very knowledgeable and learned in scripture.

We all know who the angel was talking about here..

Luke 1:28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

But did you know An angel said this to another woman in the bible "blessed are you among woman" do you know whom she was?

Israel is his first born out of Abraham was Israel born
They who are chosen by him,are the lost sheep of Israel
For Jesus is the son of David tho he is David's father
Those who are chosen by him are the sons of Abraham and the son of Jacob who was the father of Israel.

Understand they are my people

I think your understanding is correct. There are eternal consequences for those that willfully reject Jesus. Though I believe like most that the young and very young that die would be considered blameless (not sinless) because of their age.

The same message that Jesus preached to Israel is the one we use to this day. No one gets to the Father except by/through Him. In fact those that listen and learn from the Father go to the Son and He will raise them up on the last day.

The worshippers God seeks are those who worship in spirit and in truth.

So since Jesus, (the one who judges), did not teach that one could reject Him for any reason and have eternal life I would ask those of another faith "why would you listen to one who proclaims faith in Jesus" but states you have hope of eternal life even though you reject Jesus as Lord and Christ and believe He was just a man who died. In other words they believe the NT is made up lies as such testimonies can't be mistaken.

The tomb was empty. Jesus has risen and showed Himself to his own for 40 days before He ascended to the right hand of God as many looked on.

The promised Holy Spirit, the atonement, one coming on the clouds of heaven and sitting at the right hand of God etc.. are all found in the Holy Scriptures. The apostles quoted them in their writings. There was no NT in those days.

So all one can do out of love (as we are saved by faith) is state there is a testimony that better explains the absence of a High Priest on earth then what you have been taught and go from there.

I am freewill.

Pastors should be the last group of people to misrepresent the truth, yet many do so publicly and blatantly. That's why all believers must prove all things, and hold fast to that which is good. And pastors will give account for everything they have preached and taught.

Christians today should be very clear about God's relationship to Israel today. No Jew or Gentile can claim to be saved until and unless they believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work at Calvary. Therefore no one should teach that Jews are exempt from repentance toward God and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 20:21). As you will note in this Scripture, this message was to both Jews and Greeks.

The fact of the matter is that modern Israel was rooted in 19th century "Zionism", which was basically a political movement to establish a Jewish state in Palestine, but Zionism and Communism both had their roots in Rabbinic Talmudic (Pharisaic) Judaism. Talmudic Judaism not only rejects Jesus of Nazareth as the Messiah, but actually blasphemes Him in the Talmud. Those Eastern Jews who embraced communism rejected their religion altogether. so on one hand there was a rejection of Christ, on the other hand a rejection of God Himself a la Karl Marx. Today's Israelis are basically secular with some Orthodox Jews intermingled.

Even though modern Israel was rooted in unbelief and hostility to Christ (and remains so), God is not finished with Israel as a nation, and Christians should accept this fully (see Romans, chapters 9 through 11). Therefore it behooves us to carefully study Old Testament prophecies pertaining to the redemption and restoration of the Kingdom of Israel under Christ. It will become a reality on this earth some time in the future (regardless of the Arab hatred for Israel).

At the same time, individual Jews today have no special status, and are considered enemies of God along with all the unbelieving Gentiles. They all need to be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth. Today many Jews are accepting Jesus as their Messiah and Savior (Yeshua ha Maschiach). They are called "Messianic Jews" and we can praise God for this movement of the Holy Spirit (Hebrew Ruach ha-Kodesh).

But "Messianic Jews" need to fully accept and believe that the New Testament and the New Covenant have superseded the OT and the Old Covenant, and that Jew and Gentile are now in one Body which is the Church of the living God. Messianic Jews still wish to cling to Moses, even though God forbids it, and Paul preached and taught against it. That is why saved Jews need to integrate themselves within the wider Body of Christ, instead of isolating themselves in Messianic "ghettos".

How this started was i met this Jewish girl in a shopping mall, she was a vendor among many vendors, when i asked her name she said Jael, i replied that her name sounded like something out of Superman movie on the planet Krypton. Two weeks later after looking up her name in the Old Testament, we started talking about Jesus. One week later i told her that the Lord had told me that he wanted me to buy something from her and nobody else, then i got the look, you know the "look" oh sure she was thinking, that's when she tested me, she said O.k. when did he tell you this, i said the minute i had last seen her as i was wheeling away, at that point she gave me another "look" but this look was one of belief. I'm quite sure she knows that Jesus is alive and well.. We have so many opportunities to reach the lost Jew or Gentile..

Almost forgot, i went back to continue the conversation but her partner said she had returned to Jerusalem..

Blessed are the "Jews for Jesus" because they are saved and will go to Heaven.
