Okay, but dumb ole me thought she wanted some idea of a cube to be certain she was thinking right and she already had 12x12, a square, and I just made it a cube. For preference I have always preferred one corner in downtown Houston and the next in downtown LA. then go that far north and that far straight up. But, you know, ole dumb me!

I understood the dimensions as meaning "four square"... An idiom of speech meaning equitable or just...and the thickness of the walls meaning incorruptible or un-breachable.
