Surely what matters and prevails is the Word of GOD, the Word is GOD, GOD Himself, self-executing, understand? Revelation 6:3-4 say:
3 And when JESUS had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
4 And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
Would not be he the horserider of the red horse? The world as a whole are worried and afraid of him. By the way, the plan of GOD is to punish the world of Devil with SEVERE and STRONG punishments from now on: Romans 2:6-11-> 6 Who will render to every man according to his deeds:
7 To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:
8 But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,
9 Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;
10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:
11 For there is no respect of persons with GOD.
